Vision StatementOur vision is to provide young people the platform to achieve and the ability to realize their potential for greatness through mentoring and leadership programs. About UsThe Walter Latham Foundation was founded by Walter Latham Jr. in May 2007. Mr. Latham started the Foundation to meet the great needs of youth in Guilford and Martin Counties. He was constantly receiving requests from civic organizations, schools, youth programs and students in need of financial and organizational support. He knew that as an individual, his resources were limited but if he banded with others, he could provide scholarships, mentoring programs and financial assistance to more young people.
